Our Story
GiveNGrow was founded on a simple observation: the organizations doing the most good are often the least equipped, operationally, to do it well. Charities are expected to run lean — which too often means running without the fundraising strategy, marketing support, or governance structure that would let them grow sustainably. GiveNGrow was built to close that gap: a consultancy staffed and led by people who understand both the mission-driven urgency of the not-for-profit world and the operational discipline it takes to scale.

GiveNGrow is a private consultancy, not a registered charity — but we’re built and run with the same governance principles we help our clients adopt. Our Board provides strategic oversight and accountability; our Co-CEOs run day-to-day operations; and we commit to the kind of transparency — clear reporting, conflict-of-interest safeguards, published values — that we believe every organization working in this space should practice, whether or not it’s legally required to.
